Shipping Policy

  1. Post Order Processing Orders will be shipped within 10 working days from the date of dispatch. Registered Customers can check their order status from the MY ORDER

Note: Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays as prescribed by the Govt. of India

  1. Orders will be delivered by a Reputed Courier Agency. Any complaint regarding delay, deficiency, etc. shall be the sole responsibility of the said Courier Agency.
  1. Delays occurring due to unforeseen events such as Unavailability of Recipient, Administrative & Political instability, Extreme weather conditions, Natural Calamities, Pandemic, Epidemic, Lockdown, Destination Custom Clearance process, etc. are not warranted for under the provisions of the shipping policy.
  1. Shipping period of 10 working days is not applicable to remote and interior locations with limited/minimal accessibility.
  1. Obligations on Delivery
  • The receiver has to provide his signature as approval of receiving the order,
  • At which point all responsibilities towards the shipped product pass to the receiver.
  1. No Redirection or Change of Address will be entertained once order is dispatched.
  2. Orders will be processed subject to availability of the product.
  3. The handling of undelivered packages will be subject to Biophilia’s discretion.
  4. SHIPPING ATTEMPTS
    • In case you are unavailable to receive the consignment, the Courier Agency will call you/ message you explaining that it has attempted to deliver your goods.
    • A maximum of two delivery attempts will be made by the courier agency.
    • If you do not contact the carrier post the 1st delivery attempt; the second delivery attempt will be automatically be scheduled on the next working day free of charge.
    • For the second and final delivery attempt, you are required to contact the courier agency and confirm the preferred delivery time and date within 7 working days.

Note: For premium delivery options you can contact the carrier. Additional Charges may apply.

  • Alternatively, you can contact the carrier and collect your order from the carrier's registered local office for no extra charge.
  1. Biophilia shall insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Receiver has to provide his signature at the time of delivery at which confirms the transfer of responsibility and ownership of the consignment.
  2. TAXES & DUTIES
  • Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page. GST (as applicable) will be applied to orders dispatched within and outside India.
  • Products are shipped to most countries (Listed Below) on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the breakup of the Invoice product price.
  1. Shipping Policy will be applicable to products displayed on the website only.
  1. Shipping Policy does not Infringe/ Nullify/ Make void the Policy/ Policies of the Carrier
  1. Biophilia reserves the right to refuse the processing of an order and its shipping if the order placement is found to be an attempt to violate any of the business policies that may or may not be mentioned in part or whole herein.
  1. An Order may have multiple products; however, a single order can be shipped only to a single destination address. Products from the same order cannot be shipped to more than one address.
  1. In case of multiple delivery destinations, individual order will have to be placed for the products.
  1. On dispatch, an Airway Bill (AWB) / Tracking No. generated will be e-mailed to the customer.
  1. It will be our endeavor to ship all products in your order together. However, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics and availability.
  1. We do not accept shipping to P.O. Box Addresses.

Refund Policy

3. RETURNS & REFUNDS.

A. Return implies to cancellation of the contract post receiving the delivery of the product owing to dissatisfaction with the product.

B. RETURN ACCEPTANCE POLICY

To ensure that your Return Request is processed positively kindly ensure that

  • Products are unused, unsoiled, unopened will ONLY be considered eligible for Returns.
  • There is no physical damage due to In Transit of the product mentioned below
  • All the Labels, Tags, Original Invoice, seal and/or any other inclusion and original packaging of the product are intact.
  • Biophilia receives the returned product with all requisites, labels, tags, intact seal and original packaging intact.
  • Biophilia advises to use the same Carrier through which product has been delivered.
  • Biophilia takes no liability in case of loss of merchandise by carrier.
  • No refund will be issued if we do not receive the product within 15 days of raising the Return Request.

Kindly ship the product to the Correct Address Only- Stock & Returns Dept, Biophilia Research Labs; E-22, B 1, Extn. Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate Mathura Road, New Delhi, BADAR PUR, SARITA VIHAR, South East, Delhi-110044.

C. You may raise a request to return your order within 7 days of delivery of product if-

  • The package is tampered with.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect (a highly unlikely event). Final discretion of acceptance rests with Biophilia.
  • The shipped product is different from the one that was ordered with respect to Size, Color, Type or Make.
  • Please read our Colour Disclaimer Policy to understand this better.
  • The shipped product is incomplete.

D. To apply for a return kindly follow the simple steps mentioned below.

  • We will send you a download link of the Cancellation/ Return Form.
  • Download the form and submit it after duly filling it within 7 days of receiving the delivery of the order
  • Alternatively, you can duly fill the form, save it and email it to us at info@biophilia.in
  • For return shipments within India, one way shipping cost will have to be borne by the customer.

E. Once we have received your duly filled form submitted by you, we shall process your refund request in the following manner.

  • Once Return Product has been received by Biophilia; the compliance team will check and inspect the product to verify if it adheres to the requirements of our Return Acceptance Policy.
  • Upon clearance, Full Credit Note / Refund on Product Value will be offered depending upon Customer Preference.
  • Pl note that in case of Returning at store, credit note/refund will NOT be made instantly. It will follow the std procedure specified below;
  1. Credit Note OWING to Return.
  • Credit Note will be offered on full product value.
  • Credit Note will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue
  • Credit Note can be used online for another purchase.
  • Biophilia reserves the right to discretion & final decision.
  1. Refund OWING to Return.

Full refund on the product value will be made to your Credit/ Debit card or Net Banking account, whichever used at the time of making the purchase.

  • Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the refund to reflect in case of a Credit Card for the refund to reflect on your Billing Statements.
  • Please note card refunds may take up to 7-10 days depending upon the policies of customer’s Bank to complete the refund transaction. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles in case of a Credit Card for the refund to reflect on your Billing Statements.
  • In some cases it may take more time. Rest assured that the delay would never be at Biophilia’s end and because of our inability to influence this, we cannot be held responsible for any consequences whatsoever owing to the same.

F. DISCLAIMER – Disputes subject to the Laws & Policies of the Sovereign of India and will be settled as per Delhi Jurisdiction.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

A. Cancellation implies to ending the contract which you have entered into with biophilia.in and will have the following implications.

  • Order/s will not be processed any further.
  • No dispatch / delivery will take place.
  • Full Credit Note/ Refund on product value will be guaranteed; depending upon customer’s preference.

B. Cancellation Acceptance Policy

You can raise a request to cancel your order/s within 48 hours of placing the online purchase only IF –

  • You have purchased the undesired Size.
  • You have purchased the undesired Color.
  • You have purchased the undesired Style.
  • You have fed in the incorrect Billing Address.
  • You have fed in the incorrect Shipping Address.
  • You have learnt that the purchase made was a result of Fraudulent Activity or a Phishing Attack.

C. You can cancel your order by following the simple steps mentioned below.
